This workshop, lead by Ayurvedic practitioner and 500hr-RYT Regina of Wolf Medicine Magic, will delve deep into what happens after food is consumed. The importance of understanding digestion and its impact on your overall health is key to preventing and even reversing disease.
Gain knowledge on the Ayurvedic perspective on digestion, learn the cause of common digestive disturbances (IBS, SIBO, gluten intolerance, food allergies and more) and how to balance your diet and lifestyle to promote a healthy gut microbiome.
