Enjoy a guided wild foraging hike: a hands-on adventure to learn about Northeastern wild & edible plants. Sarah will teach you how to identify a variety of flowers, leaves, berries, nuts, roots, & shoots, while maintaining the diverse forest ecology. This hike will maintain a faster pace than the basics class & will at some points explore off the trails. We will start and end with some stretching to become more present in our bodies. Connect with Nature, Taste the wild!
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
