The perfect bridge from a day full of yoga to a night of dance and music. Experience a sensuous warm-up with the hoop that awakens your spine and heart. Learn waist hooping foundations and a simple yet shakti activating choreography. Get sweaty, groove and spin as you allow the hoop to massage you body and soul. Hoop Jam closes with a group ceremony and guided meditation.
