Slackline yogis have trade their large yoga mats for a one-inch piece of webbing. Their practice is centered on the idea of finding balance and stillness within movements, and exploring and pushing the limits of what we believe is possible on the ground and on a slackline. We'll draw on your yoga (or movement) practice to serve as a test to your mental, emotional, and physical balance, focus, and attention. Come learn how to use a slackline to practice a whole spectrum of asanas that will help increase your sense of balance while maintaining a playful nature. Get ready to practice yoga and meditation without touching the ground!
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
