Wanderlust Stratton 2019

This Level 2 Soul Flow Poi-Dancing class builds on the Level 1 Fundamentals class. The Soul Flow Poi™ journey continues in this class with additional flow moves and a focus on learning transitions and embodying flow through a fun, choreographed sequence. With a dynamic soundtrack of world, indigenous, Polynesian, electronic house and Latin beats, this class will be a cultural immersion that will set your soul on fire!

25 min warm-up and review
55 min breakdown and practice of choreographed poi-dance sequence
10 min community flow and closing

Poi will be provided.
