SUP Yoga: Find Your Element in Water

In this hatha based SUP yoga class we will begin class with a pranayama exercise and have a look at foundational and modified beginning postures on a stand up paddle board. We will use the healing and cool element of water to reduce stress and tension held in the body and mind. We will end class in a ten minute savasana.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
