In this yoga conditioning class we will focus on building strength, stamina, and endurance on the water. We will practice compassion and ahimsa while having fun on stand up paddle boards. Towards the end of class practitioners will have the opportunity to create, explore, and play on the boards before our final pose in savasana.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
