There are few better ways to test your core than to shake up the ground beneath your feet. Say goodbye to the comfort of a steady floor, and say hello to a fun and playful practice that will rock your boat! This progressive vinyasa flow integrates core awakening exercises throughout to help you hone in on the deepest layers of strength at your core. Challenge your focus and balance with a standing posture series, followed by arm balance and inversion play time. Be willing to get wet, and abandon perfection. Your efforts will be rewarded with a juicy cool down with a dream-like floating savasana in paradise!
