Come learn the basics of Thai massage in this restful yet inspiring 90 minute class. The massage receiver experiences passive stretching while the massage giver positions the receiver's body in basic yoga poses to promote gentle stretching. We will start with 20 minutes of gentle yoga asana focused on warming up the body then transition to working in pairs to both give and receive a basic 30 minute Thai massage each. No experience nor partner required. Work with a previously chosen friend or with a new friend during class!
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
