Our bodies need to move. Sometimes the movements are large and vigorous, but sometimes they are small which helps us tone our tiny muscles. These muscles tend to be overlooked while working out. In this combo yin/yang boot camp/yoga class we will do just that. We will get every muscle in the body working, sweat dripping and your "asana" toned. Yes - you will work, you will laugh and you will have such an amazing time! We will take our time to heat up the body, engage the core and breath with the energy in the room to stay alive and focused through the entire class. No shoes required, just bring your yoga mat and be ready for some non-yogi music to tone your asana!
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
