This Yin practice will move you through a series of deep hip openers with sustained holds. The longer holds create the space for mindfulness meditation, using sensation as a gateway to become aware of emotions, memories, thoughts, intuitions. These slower practices allow us to become mindful of our motives for movement on and off the mat. We'll overcome the fear of doing nothing while nurturing ourselves through powerful poses and healing breathwork and meditation.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
