SESSION DESCRIPTIONS:
Music Meditation with Garth Stevenson 8:30 - 9:15am [optional]
Join one of Wanderlust's most beloved performers, Garth Stevenson, to start your day with a wondrous musical meditation.

Garth is a Brooklyn-based film composer and double bassist. Raised in the mountains of Western Canada, nature became his primary inspiration and the common thread between his life and music.

Get grounded before you immerse yourself in the teachings of Kate Northrup that make up the rest of your first day at Wanderlust.
--------------
Morning Session with Kate Northrup 9:30 - 12am
Learn how to tap into a cyclical framework for energy management, project management, and creative and productive flow that's running within and around you but that you've never been taught to harness before.

Learn how biomimicry, essentially looking to nature as our guide to solve our human problems, can unlock a treasure trove of renewable, sustainable energy within you. Create the structure, boundaries, and support you need to do less and have more while still doing the things that matter well.
--------------
LUNCH BREAK 12 - 1 pm
--------------
Afternoon Session with Kate Northrup 1 - 3:30pm
Asking for, receiving, and even identifying when we need help stops successful women in their tracks. This session will help you unravel the cultural conditioning that's taught us that doing everything ourselves is a badge of honor and instead teach you how to call in the support you need with kindness, power, and ease.

The more you're able to ask for and receive help, the stronger you'll become and you'll leave this session with a plan to get the help you crave
--------------
Yoga With Hannah Muse and Garth Stevenson 3:45 - 4:45pm [optional]
To cap the day of teachings from Kate Northrup, we've enlisted the wonderful Hannah Muse to guide you through a deeply restorative yoga class (accompanied by Garth Stevenson on double bass).

You will be guided through therapeutic restorative yoga with Hannah. These are restful poses supporting the practitioner with props to comfortably facilitate deep physiological relaxation & health.
