Using planetary frequencies, drone sounds, Binaural Beats and gentle Rhythms we will embark on a journey of listening, meditating and moving.
We will hear, feel and experience sounds. Learn to elevate your hearing sense through simple ear training. We will learn to listen to ourselves, our bodies and to others.
Expect to sit, stand still, move very gently and lay down.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
