This playful breath-based Vinyasa slow flow class combines nature, yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Be like water. Tap into your intuition, cultivate trust, and let go of fear as you navigate your asana practice on the water. This feel-good class will challenge your focus, balance, and strength thru playful movements that will expose your inner child and ends with calming stretches and a guided, floating meditation utilizing the surrounds of nature to find stillness. Leave your ego onshore and be prepared to laugh in this no-judgment zone.
