Divine Sleep is a guided meditation where you can experience deeper levels of relaxation than you ever thought possible. Give yourself permission to rest, balance and restore, tapping into new sources of energy. You will connect deeply with yourself in levels of your being (koshas) through the use of intention, body sensing, breath awareness, and guided imagery. All that is required is to lie down and listen! First you will learn about Divine Sleep, how it works and why it is so powerful, then be guided in a 45-minute practice. Each class will be unique so come again!
