I'm dropping all.the.f*cks for the moms and women out there (single or paired), who are trying to keep it together; in over priced yoga pants, hustling to every yoga class, hustling period, dancing with our "tribe", searching for the "perfect/authentic/aligned fill in the blank here" version of ourselves, while living off cold coffee and doses of love and light.

It's about waking up PERMANENTLY tired, about figuring out who we are separate from our children, our partners, and our families. A conversation about failing hard every single minute of the day (about not feeling guilty when we do), its about that delicate balance between face-timing our family members who are watching our kids while we work/school/find ourselves and feeling "mom guilt". It's about catching stolen moments of solitude and sanity on mass transit systems, and looking at the woman you used to be and wondering who you are now, and why you have lego in your purse. It's about learning how to stop the vicious inner monologues we carry on with ourselves, and owning our own hot mess.

This is laugh out loud, tough and tender real conversation revolving my antics with single parenting, teaching, traveling, touring, black girl magic, immigrant child realities, finding yourself - losing yourself and then finding yourself again. It's a tell-all conversation around race, culture, politics, conscious living, parenting, to be or not to be a yogi? And what the f*ck that means, self-realization, selfies and relationships; it's a conversation about keeping it real.
Class time devoted to lecture: 31-45 minutes
