Meditation practice for beginners, intermediates and those who can levitate. Holy SHIFT is about showing up for our breath, it's about learning single minded purpose that cultivates your abilities of concentration even in the midst of shifts hitting the fan.

The focus of the practice is showing up wholeheartedly for our breath and finding the awareness of presence in gradually showing up for ourselves.

Selena shows you simple effective ways to meditate without trying to control your thoughts yet embrace them and then let them go, without to much frustration. We will explore the "breather" or the divine presence within and we will experiment with seeing the breather in another ( and then what the hell you do when you find it and you...NOTHING).

We will explore concentrating on one thing (the breath) for periods of time allowing the mind to become stilled to the point of calmness, even if these moments last one minute or twenty we will show up whole heartedly. With this self imposed calm we will start to understand the space in between spaces of the breath or as one of her teachers calls "the gap".

Holy Shift finds its roots in Selena's years on a buddhist monastery with the practice of Shamantha or Tranquility meditation. She looks to demystify the experience and take it out of the shadows and into the practical everyday uses. Includes conversation, partner work and meditation.
