Revolution of the Soul (Talk)
Limited Capacity full

Join Seane for this special speakeasy event where she will discuss her upcoming book "Revolution of the Soul" which is her upcoming book that chronicles her life, work and message of transformation, conscious action and justice.

In this spirited and heart centered talk, learn how our evolution is the revolution, and how it begins the moment we take accountability for the choices we make that separate us from each other, the planet and Spirit. We must go inward to understand and heal these divides, and the impact they have on our psyche, culture and collective liberation. Our liberation, the ultimate promise of yoga, is dependent upon ALL souls being free. Therefore, we must do the inner work of transformational change, take ownership for our complicity in creating these fractures, and initiate actions to change both ourselves and the systems that cause so much suffering.

The revolution begins within, and we are being called to wake up, show up, take a stand, find our voice, heal the separations that exist, and then put that love and compassion into conscious action--for the benefit of ALL.

This is a revolution worth loving for!

Let Your Heart Break Open: Love, Loss & Bodhicitta
Limited Capacity filling up

Discover how an awake heart (bodhichitta) is always available, even amidst the reality of planetary suffering, personal loss, and the whirlwind of daily life. A key understanding for awakening is this: we cannot selectively numb. Our usual habit is to look away – distracting and avoiding the most tender, vulnerable parts of ourselves. By doing so, we unconsciously cut ourselves off from opening to the fullest expression of this exquisite life - from our innate ability to love. Gently wade into the deeper waters of the heart, and leave here with greater access to your one wild, beautiful, precious life.

“Don’t Make Me!” And Other Useless Things We Say As Parents...
Limited Capacity seats available

I'm dropping all.the.f*cks for the moms and women out there (single or paired), who are trying to keep it together; in over priced yoga pants, hustling to every yoga class, hustling period, dancing with our "tribe", searching for the "perfect/authentic/aligned fill in the blank here" version of ourselves, while living off cold coffee and doses of love and light.

It's about waking up PERMANENTLY tired, about figuring out who we are separate from our children, our partners, and our families. A conversation about failing hard every single minute of the day (about not feeling guilty when we do), its about that delicate balance between face-timing our family members who are watching our kids while we work/school/find ourselves and feeling "mom guilt". It's about catching stolen moments of solitude and sanity on mass transit systems, and looking at the woman you used to be and wondering who you are now, and why you have lego in your purse. It's about learning how to stop the vicious inner monologues we carry on with ourselves, and owning our own hot mess.

This is laugh out loud, tough and tender real conversation revolving my antics with single parenting, teaching, traveling, touring, black girl magic, immigrant child realities, finding yourself - losing yourself and then finding yourself again. It's a tell-all conversation around race, culture, politics, conscious living, parenting, to be or not to be a yogi? And what the f*ck that means, self-realization, selfies and relationships; it's a conversation about keeping it real.
